Retention period: maximum 7 years after the last order
ORDER EXECUTION
Purpose: information required to provide our services (warehousing, parcel service and small urgent transport) to be carried out
Data: Name and address details, loading and unloading addresses, contact details, order information. The data is processed digitally. Receipt confirmations are provided via a digital signature or signing of a consignment note.
Retention period: 7 years

INSPECTION, MODIFICATION, DELETION OF DATA
Upon first request, we will provide you with insight into the manner in which Logistiek Holland B.V. If we have stored your data – and unless there are legal requirements that override it – we will comply with your request immediately.
